Booking policy

Dear Customer!

At the end of the service, the price can be different, as it depends on your nails condition, choosen extras, etc. Please note: your booking must be approved by us via e-mail! If you decide to delete your booking, you can do it on the lulunailsbudapest.salonic.hu page. E-mails, messages are not accepted. Deposits are not refundable. If you can't show up at the time of your booking, please contact us.
Do you want to change your booking's date? No problem, it's free of charge 48h before the service: go to your Salonic profile and to your actual booking, and select a new date - you can choose again from our available times. Please note: if you delete your appointment (so not change, just delete), you delete your whole booking AND the deposit as well from our system - in that case you can't use it again for an other booking. Paying the deposit is possible only with card, paying the 2nd half of the price in our salon is possible ONLY in cash! Money transfering, Revolut or any other online solutions are not available.
